I am new to the area so I did some searching on Google maps, and found them. It is a family shop and you can tell by the moment you call and walk in the welcoming environment with outstanding customer service thanks to Cat and Jeff. I went to 3 other places and Auto Crafters gave me the best, most thorough and reasonable quote. One place quoted me almost 5 times more because they didn’t take the time to look well what had happened to my side bumper. Jeff, on the other hand, took the time to look at my car closely, explained what happened with my side bumper, and what it would take to repair it. As a young single female, I never felt taken advantage of, or treated differently because I am learning about my car. In fact, it was all the opposite and I am so grateful God led me here. Thankfully, my repair was a simple one and my car was done the same day, but I have confidence they would have done a great job had it been something larger. 100% recommend them!!"
